Many of us long to write a book of our life stories and family history, but often the thought of writing it all down is overwhelming. This talk is for anyone daunted by the task of putting it all together. Curious people and story lovers will also enjoy this talk.  

Personal historian Meghan Vigeant will talk about how to turn your stories into a memoir or family history book, and how to it can be easy and fun. You'll learn how saving your stories can even help your grandchildren do better in school. From practical advice about story structure and the health benefits of reminiscing to musical memory jogs and fun videos, this presentation will have everyone skipping down memory lane.

A resident of Hope, Maine, Meghan Vigeant, spends her days asking people about their stories and turning their real-life tales into books and audio memoirs that they can share with family, friends, and future generations.
